WDM Agency (“we”, “us”) is a brand and web studio based in Prishtina, Kosovo. This page explains what information we collect through wdmagency.biz, why, and what choices you have. It's a draft — if anything here looks off, tell us.
Contact form (/contact): the name, email, company and message you type in, plus which services or package you selected if any. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
Free audit tool (/free-audit): the business details you enter (name, industry, website, social links, budget and similar) are sent to our AI provider to generate your report, and — only if you choose to send yourself a copy by email — your name and email are used to send you that copy and to let us follow up.
Cookies and analytics: with your consent (the banner on first visit), we use Google Analytics to see which pages are helpful and how people find the site. We don't use analytics to build ad profiles, and no ads follow you around from this site.
Google (Analytics), for the usage statistics described above.
Gmail / Google Workspace, as the email provider that delivers contact-form submissions and emailed audit reports to and from our inbox.
Anthropic, as the AI provider that generates your free-audit report from the details you submit — your submission isn't used to train their models for this product use.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.
Contact-form and free-audit emails live in our inbox for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, then get cleaned up periodically. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' own default retention settings.
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. For anyone, anywhere — just email us and we'll sort it out. We don't have a large automated system here; it's a small team, so these requests are handled by hand, quickly.
